Guarantee on products

Should your product become defective, or unexpectedly be delivered to you defective, you can of course also count on us. All our products have a warranty period of 1 year, unless otherwise weather information on the product page.

Warranty period
1 year, applies to all products unless otherwise stated.

TechniComponents does not have its own repair service and always have defective products repaired by the supplier. Warranty cases can be registered via the return page. To do this, follow the steps as stated on the returns page.

The following damages are excluded from warranty
- Damage due to improper use.
- Moisture or water damage (unless explicitly stated that it is suitable for humid environments)

If the product does not function properly immediately upon receipt, request a return.

If we or our supplier can confirm the defect, you will always receive a new one.
Defects upon receipt must also be reported within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Warranty cases and defects can be registered via the return page.
